Professor Paul Palmer

Paul Palmer is a Professor of Voluntary Sector Management at the Cass Business School at City University London and an international expert on charity finance and governance.

He has been a member of the Charity Commission SORP committee, was part of the Expert Panel of the Ethical Investment Research Services (EIRIS)Charity Project and has acted as an independent expert in numerous charity dispute issues for courts and arbitration.

He continues provide independent consultancy on Charities to UBS Wealth Management as well as serving on the ethics panel of the Securities Investment Institute and the Corporate Responsibility Advisory Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Professor Palmer regularly appears on tv and radio to discuss charity and corporate social responsibility issues and has authored a number of books on charity finance and management and socially responsible investment.
